1-800Accountant is hiring a results-driven Sales Consultant in Largo, FL, to help small business owners access tailored accounting and tax solutions. This in-office role handles a high-volume sales cycle, uses Google Meet for demos, and builds trust with prospects through consultative guidance.

You’ll start at $20/hour base plus uncapped commissions, with an OTE typically between $60,000 and $120,000 annually, and a benefits package after 60 days. Join a fast-growing, supportive team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in a sales role.
• Experience in a phone-based, high-volume sales environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to articulate complex information.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Collaborative and receptive to coaching with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and engage business owners.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management to ensure smooth transitions and long-term satisfaction.
• Accurately manage all client interactions and information within the CRM.
