1-800Accountant is hiring a Sales Consultant to connect small business owners with tailored accounting and tax solutions. This consultative role focuses on building trust, presenting effective proposals, and driving value through a structured sales process.

You will manage a large pipeline, deliver virtual demonstrations via Google Meet, and collaborate with Client Success for long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Phone-based, high-volume sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presentation.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently.
• Collaborative and coachable with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Confident in presenting solutions and making decisive recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Recommend and present the most suitable accounting and tax solutions.
• Educate business owners on the value of professional financial services.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Account Management for smooth transitions.
• Accurately manage all client interactions in the CRM system.
