Job summary

1-800Accountant is seeking a Sales Representative for the Arizona office. The role focuses on building client relationships, delivering compelling demonstrations via Google Meet, and driving revenue through a consultative sales approach.

You will manage a high-volume pipeline, master our CRM, and work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment with core hours 9:00am-5:30pm MST. Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped commission and an estimated OTE of $60k–$120k.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive client engagement.
• Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative, empathetic sales approach.
• Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline and client information.
• Other duties as assigned.
