U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with ~$500K to $2.5M in annual revenues.

• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking experience

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for demonstrating excellent customer service in accordance with the U.S. Bank Core Values while serving as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships and providing comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Supports two to three branch locations and builds/deepens client relationships through proactive outreach, discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow‑through.
• Role includes outside prospecting and sales activities to grow revenue and achieve targets, aligning products and services to growth, efficiency, and risk objectives.
