U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow‑through, translating financial information and cash‑flow dynamics into actionable guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and related job experience.
• Three+ years in customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
