Job summary

US Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M. You will engage in proactive outreach, discovery, and consultative selling to deepen client relationships and drive revenue across multiple branch locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
Three+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
National Mortgage Licensing Service (NMLS) registration under SAFE Act and ongoing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M annual revenue.
Develop client relationships through outreach, discovery, consultative selling and follow-through.
Identify client priorities and align products to growth, efficiency, and risk objectives.
Collaborate with branch teams and centers of influence to strengthen partnership outcomes.
