Job summary

U.S. Bank is looking for a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for assigned branches. You will deliver a full range of financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million, supporting growth and efficient operations.

The role requires outside prospecting and consultative selling to meet growth targets. You will maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch teams to ensure a seamless client experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Three or more years of customer service or small-business banking experience.
• Experience in discovery, prospecting, solutioning, relationship-building, and risk management behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenues.
• Engage in outside prospecting to grow revenue and meet targets.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch partners and other business lines.
• Promote products including deposits, lending, treasury, payments, and digital tools.
