U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to act as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting, building client relationships, and meeting growth targets through advisory selling and disciplined follow-through across deposits, lending, treasury management, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop internal and external relationships and maintain CRM discipline.
