The role requires outside prospecting, sales activity, and strong CRM discipline to manage relationships across branch teams and centers of influence. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act compliance.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small‑business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z ongoing compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business/finance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with $500K–$2.5M annual revenue.
• Build and deepen client relationships through discovery, consultative selling, and follow-through.
• Collaborate with branch teams and other business lines to coordinate client value.
