U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary banking partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build deep client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through. The role requires outside prospecting, meeting growth targets, and collaborating across teams to align products and services with client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• NMLS registration under SAFE Act and Regulation Z with ongoing compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5M.
• Grow revenue through outside prospecting, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
