U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary partner for assigned branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will build and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, and consultative selling, while maintaining CRM discipline and collaborating with branch teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches and relationships.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach, structured discovery, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
• Maintain CRM discipline and coordinate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients, and other business line partners.
