Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary Small Business Banking partner across branches, delivering comprehensive financial solutions to mid-market clients with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5M.

You will engage with branches, prospects, and centers of influence to grow revenue and deepen client relationships. The role requires outside prospecting, disciplined follow-through, and strong CRM discipline to manage ownership and handoffs across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z, with ongoing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with $500K–$2.5M in annual revenue.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
• Coordinate with branches and other teams to address complex client needs and opportunities.
• Translate financial information, cash-flow dynamics, and risk indicators into actionable guidance.
