U.S. Bank is seeking a Small Business Relationship Banker to serve as the primary SB Banking partner for multiple branches, delivering tailored financial solutions to small businesses with revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

The role requires outside prospecting, relationship development, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable guidance while meeting growth targets and maintaining CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience and job-related experience.
• Three or more years of customer service, consultative sales, networking, prospecting, and/or small-business banking experience.
• National Mortgage Licensing Service registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z and ongoing compliance with all legal or regulatory registration requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank Core Values while serving as the primary Small Business Banking partner for assigned branches.
• Provides comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Develops and deepens client relationships through proactive outreach, consultative selling, and disciplined follow-through.
