The Sleep Expert at Mattress Firm elevates the in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding customers to best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel environment that keeps the customer at the center.

Responsibilities include building relationships, sharing product knowledge, driving sales performance, maintaining post-purchase engagement, and staying aware of competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused retail experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and convey product knowledge as a sleep expert.
• Willingness to lift 50+ pounds as part of store duties.

Responsibilities
