Mattress Firm seeks a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store customer experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. You will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel environment that centers the customer.

The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing technical and product knowledge, and driving sales performance while aligning with company initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority and offer best-in-class products.
• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs using digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment where the customer is central by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Monitor competitive landscape and advertising offerings from competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
