Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience and become trusted sleep authorities, helping customers find their dream mattress using digital tools and an omnichannel approach.

You will build relationships, provide product knowledge, and drive sales while aligning with company values. You’ll support post-purchase follow-up, monitor competitors, and may use social media to boost brand awareness. Ability to lift 50+ pounds is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders).
• Maintain awareness of the competition and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.
