Job summary

May Mobility is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead an operational site, overseeing Site Supervisors, Technicians, and Autonomous Vehicle Operators to run shuttle services safely and reliably.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and work to ensure May Mobility exceeds expectations for quality, safety, and reliability while coordinating with engineers and People Operations on staffing and performance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years experience as a people leader in fast-paced, customer-focused settings.
• Proven judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail in every situation.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Supervisors, Technicians, and AV Operators to run shuttle ops.
• Ensure safety guidelines and culture are upheld.
• Manage site budget and spending to meet financial goals.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and passengers.
• Collaborate with People Operations on staffing and performance.
• Coordinate with engineers on escalations and rollouts.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
