Job summary

May Mobility is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support AVs during operations, ensuring a safe and positive rider experience. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and contribute to exceeding customer satisfaction.

You will work with a team to monitor vehicles, coach operators, and communicate with engineers while protecting safety and quality across sites.

Qualifications

Must be willing to take on a first-time people management role.
Experience leading processes and driving improvement in a fast-adapting, customer-focused environment.
Previous experience working at a technology-focused company.
Experience with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
Ensure that operations follow rigorous safety guidelines.
Follow daily protocols and track site performance metrics to improve outcomes.
Address technical problems and coordinate with engineering teams for resolutions.
Train and coach autonomous vehicle operators through ride-alongs and reviews.
Log real time feedback on autonomy performance for engineers.
Maintain records of vehicle operations and performance.
Investigate accident reports, incidents, and customer complaints.
Travel to other sites for coverage and support as needed.
