Job summary
May Mobility is hiring an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support AVs in operations. You will work with a team to ensure a safe, positive rider experience and report to the Site Operations Manager. You will help maintain vehicle health and Safety protocols while interacting with the public.
The role involves traveling to other sites as needed, coaching operators, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment.
- Experience taking leadership of processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Experience at a technology-focused company with Google Suite.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed for each shift.
- Track site performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for issue resolutions.
- Coach and develop operators through sessions and ride-alongs.
- Monitor vehicle health using company tools.
- Log feedback for engineers on autonomy performance.
