Job summary

May Mobility, Inc. is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to oversee daily AV operations and ensure a safe, positive rider experience.

You will coordinate logistics, monitor vehicles in real time, and support our operators and customers under the supervision of the Site Operations Manager. You will follow strict safety protocols, track performance metrics, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and processes.

• Ability to coach and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed during each shift.
• Track site performance metrics to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions.
• Train and develop autonomous vehicle operators through coaching and ride-alongs.
• Log real-time feedback and maintain accurate records of operations.
• Investigate incidents and assist with accident reports and customer concerns.
