Job summary

May Mobility is transforming urban mobility with autonomous vehicle technology. As an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Operations Specialist, you will coordinate daily logistics and support AVs to ensure safe, positive rider experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading processes in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Experience at a technology-focused company.
• Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Follow safety protocols and document site performance.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for timely resolutions.
