Job summary

May Mobility is expanding its autonomous shuttle operations nationwide. We seek a Site Operations Manager to lead Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted AV Operators, ensuring safe, reliable shuttle service and alignment with city transportation goals.

You will report to the Customer Operations Manager, drive safety culture, manage budgets, and coordinate with engineers and field teams to roll out new vehicle technology while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or other degree.
• 3+ years experience as a people leader in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• Proven experience making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Experience developing processes and managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple platforms; strict attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; willing to undergo a driving record check.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business/Technical Operations, or related degree, or equivalent experience.
• Leadership experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators.
• Ensure operations follow safety guidelines and develop a culture of safety.
• Manage daily protocols, reporting, and site performance metrics.
• Meet financial goals and manage the site operating budget.
• Ensure exceptional service for customers and passengers.
• Coordinate staffing decisions with People Operations.
• Escalate technical issues to engineers and collaborate with Field Operations.
• Train new site leadership and test new vehicle rollouts.
