Job summary

May Mobility seeks an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics and support AV operations. You will report to the Site Operations Manager and ensure a safe, positive rider experience while building strong team performance.

Responsibilities include real-time vehicle monitoring, safety compliance, and collaboration with engineering for timely problem resolution. Travel to additional sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Eager to take on a first-time people management role and grow as a confident, inspiring leader.
• Experience leading processes and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Experience at a technology-focused company.
• Experience with Google Suite Applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support autonomous vehicles in real time during operations.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed during each shift.
• Log real-time feedback for engineers and coordinate with teams.
• Train and develop AV operators through coaching and ride-alongs.
• Maintain records of vehicle operations and performance.
• Travel to other sites for coverage as needed.
