Job summary

May Mobility is entering an exciting growth phase and seeks a Site Operations Manager to lead a team of Site Supervisors, Technicians, and contracted Autonomous Vehicle Operators to run seamless shuttle operations. You will report to the Customer Operations Manager and be pivotal in ensuring safety, quality, and reliability.

You will collaborate with People Operations and engineers, manage budgets, train leaders, and act as a visible company ambassador while balancing a demanding schedule and

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or other degree.
• 3+ years experience as a people leader in a fast-adapting and customer-focused environment.
• Proven experience making judgment calls in ambiguous situations.
• Experience developing processes and managing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across platforms; attention to detail.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License; willing to undergo a driving record check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations with safety as a core value and culture.
• Implement daily protocols, track metrics, and drive improvements.
• Manage budget and align spending with site goals.
• Deliver exceptional service for customers and passengers.
• Partner with People Operations on staffing and performance decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers on escalations and technical issues.
• Train new site leadership and test rollouts of vehicle technology.
• Foster an inclusive environment aligned with May Mobility values.
• Cover shifts outside normal hours and accommodate travel as needed.
