Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing site operations role based on site in the United States. You will address client concerns, coordinate with supervisors, and ensure workflow aligns with account SLA requirements.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to train staff on workflow changes, with responsibilities spanning front office duties, copy/print services, and site procedure governance.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work OT as needed.
• Security clearances may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand/walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Address management and client requests via emails, phone, text and verbal communication.
• Oversee workflow and ensure tasks meet SLA requirements.
• Maintain site procedure guide documenting workflows and procedures.
• Communicate with client and staff; participate in client meetings.
• Prepare and present formal reporting to the client.
• Serve as on-site escalation point to address client concerns.
• Perform front office reception duties (greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling).
• Support copy/print services, mail/reception, and related duties.
