Job summary

Canon USA is seeking a full-time, on-site receptionist/office services specialist. You will greet visitors, answer calls, handle deliveries, and support copy/print, mail, shipping, and equipment maintenance tasks across multiple site functions.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, data entry, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Training and coverage flexibility are included to meet client and division requirements.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to work OT as needed.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer phones in a front-office role.
• Accept deliveries and set up food and beverages for meetings.
• Perform data entry and schedule conference rooms.
• Provide customer service and respond to requests and inquiries.
• Maintain copy/print production processes and copier maintenance as needed.
• Support mail/courier, shipping/receiving, and inventory activities as assigned.
• Attend cross-functional trainings and adapt coverage as needed.
