Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-focused team member to support site operations and ensure tasks are completed within account SLA requirements.

This role emphasizes prompt communication, service excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across Copy Center, Mail, Reception, Shipping, and Inventory functions. The position requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Good computer skills/technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Inform supervisor promptly of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Review and respond to management and client requests via emails, calls, texts and verbal.
• Provide strong customer service and communicate effectively with client and staff.
• Contribute to Site Procedure Guide to record account processes.
• Oversee workflow and balance between staff to meet SLA requirements.
• Communicate and train team on workflow or procedure changes.
• Maintain daily and monthly records on service activity.
• Serve as main client contact for daily activity and participate in client meetings.
