Job summary

Canon USA seeks a customer-service oriented individual for on-site support at client locations. You will answer inquiries by email, phone, and in person to drive customer satisfaction and timely responses.

The role spans copy/print, mail, reception, shipping, and inventory support with potential travel between sites. A HS diploma and strong multitasking/communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT work possible.
• Must obtain required clearances to enter client sites.
• May involve driving between client locations with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Promptly informs supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Responds promptly to management and client requests via emails, phone calls, text messages and verbal communication.
• Maintains strong focus on delivering customer service.
• Assists in creating Site Procedure Guide so processes are documented.
• Covers various location-based services (Copy/Print, Mail, Reception, Shipping, Inventory, etc.).
• Attends cross-functional trainings to provide coverage when short-staffed.
• Site responsibility and coverage location may change based on client needs.
