Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a customer-facing Site Operations Associate for on-site duties in Philadelphia. The role emphasizes prompt response to client requests, accurate mail processing, and adherence to SLA targets.

You will coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, and train staff on new procedures to maintain service levels. Ideal candidates have strong communication, basic technical skills, ability to multitask, and willingness to work overtime or travel between client locations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in a customer service environment.
• Good computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• OT as needed.
• Security/clearances required to enter customer premises.
• May require driving between client locations with a valid license and good driving record.
• Lift up to 50lbs and extended standing/walking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees mail/courier workflows and ensures timely processing.
• Responds to client requests via email/phone and maintains communication with supervisor.
• Provides customer service focused on meeting SLA requirements.
• Maintains daily/monthly service activity records and reports.
• Acts as main point of contact for daily activity and client meetings as needed.
• Performs appropriate site operations tasks (copy/print, reception, shipping, inventory) per location.
