Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee planning and coordination of large civil construction projects. You will work alongside field managers to ensure efficient, safe, and timely project completion across multiple sites.

The role requires a BS in a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with project management tools. This position offers growth opportunities and a hands-on work environment in our multi-regional operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline required.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Experience with construction management software and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and coordinate with field managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Monitor budgets, track cost exposures, and adjust forecasts as conditions change in the field.
• Track milestones, production rates, and quality metrics to meet key goals.
• Document progress with logs, updates, and formal reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Coordinate with field personnel to align plans with field execution and procurement schedules.
• Assist with scheduling, identify critical path activities, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Support safety compliance and ensure work meets engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Review construction plans and communicate changes to field teams.
• Resolve project issues by coordinating with the Project Manager and field leadership.
