Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is a fast-growing leader in large-parcel, mission-critical site development, delivering complex civil projects for top clients.

The Site Development Project Manager will oversee all phases from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating engineering, permitting, procurement, subcontractors, field operations, and client communication to ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills; multitasking capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning with engineers, clients, and designers.
• Coordinate permitting, regulatory compliance, and inspections.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and material needs across sites.
• Procure materials and subcontracted services within budgets.
• Manage subcontractors and enforce contract obligations.
• Direct field teams to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
• Monitor cost codes, invoices, and change orders.
• Maintain client relations and provide progress updates.
• Oversee quality control, safety audits, and close-out deliverables.
