Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Site Development Project Manager to lead complex civil projects from pre‑construction through close‑out. You will coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, and field operations to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high quality.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, with strong analytical skills, field awareness, and a record of proactively resolving issues to protect schedule and cost. Join a team focused on innovation, safety, and accountability.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager and deep understanding of PM principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and clients to review project specifications and scope.
• Develop preliminary schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify long‑lead materials and initiate early procurement strategies.
• Hire subcontractors and negotiate contracts for cost‑effective outcomes.
• Coordinate with Superintendents to sequence work and monitor progress.
