Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is a fast-growing civil site development contractor providing turnkey solutions for large parcel projects across multiple regional offices.

The Site Development Project Manager will lead complex projects from pre-construction through close-out, coordinating engineering, permitting, procurement, subcontractors, field operations, and client communication to achieve timely, within-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA degree in architecture, building science, engineering or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a construction project manager.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and project management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee all phases of civil/site development projects.
• Coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement, subcontractors, field ops, and client communication.
• Lead pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, and value engineering.
• Ensure safety, quality, and profitability targets.
• Lead weekly progress meetings and provide updates.
