Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute site work across complex civil projects. You will collaborate with field managers to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with hands-on involvement on projects and regular interaction with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Office, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Experience in estimating, operations, or engineering preferred.
• OSHA 10/30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Maintain and monitor project budgets, track cost exposures, and adjust forecasts.
• Track project performance, including schedule milestones and quality metrics.
• Document and report project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure alignment of plans and execution.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules to meet specs.
• Assist with scheduling, updating timelines, and identifying critical path activities.
• Support safety compliance and enforce company safety policies.
