B&S Site Development is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and coordinate site development projects with field teams, ensuring on‑time, within‑budget delivery. You will work with a Project Manager on multiple sites, visiting sites to monitor progress and manage materials, schedules, and safety compliance.

Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with schedule tracking, budgeting, and field coordination preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead regular meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and track progress.
Monitor budgets, forecast changes, and report performance against milestones.
Coordinate with field personnel to align project plans with site execution and safety standards.
Prepare and process project documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders, as-built records).
