Job summary

B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning and execution of large civil site development projects. You will work with the Project Manager, coordinate with field leaders, manage procurements, and ensure on-time delivery of material and resources.

The role emphasizes strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a focus on safety and quality control across multiple sites. A relevant degree and OSHA certification are preferred traits for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in relevant field is required or similar experience.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is required.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and review progress.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts; adjust as field conditions change.
• Track performance: schedule milestones, production rates, quality metrics; report progress.
