Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Project Engineer to oversee planning and execution of large-site development projects. You will coordinate with field managers, track progress, manage deliveries, and support scheduling to ensure timely completion.

Responsibilities include client meetings, budget monitoring, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety policies. This role requires hands-on site interaction and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership ability.
• OSHA 10/30 required.
• Proven time management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to clarify requirements and track progress.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and forecasts, adjusting as needed.
• Track schedule milestones and quality metrics for project performance.
• Document progress through logs and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field personnel to align plans and execution.
• Manage material procurement and delivery schedules to meet specs.
• Support scheduling and identify critical path activities.
• Contribute to safety compliance and site safety meetings.
• Review construction plans and communicate changes to field teams.
• Resolve issues by coordinating with PM and field leadership.
• Prepare RFIs, submittals, change orders, and as-built records.

Education
