Burlington is hiring a Shortage Control Associate to help secure our stores and deliver exceptional customer service. You will monitor entrances, greet customers, and support loss prevention programs with confidence and professionalism.

This role requires standing for long periods, conducting bag checks, reporting suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty, and helping train teammates on shortage-reduction practices.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor store entrances/exits and high-risk areas to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm, loud, friendly greeting and maintain a professional presence.
• Conduct bag and package checks on store and corporate associates per safety standards.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Assist in training associates on shortage reduction programs and processes.
• Work with store leadership to maintain safety, security, and loss prevention initiatives.
