Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Shortage Control Associate to help create a secure, welcoming shopping environment while delivering exceptional service. You will monitor entrances, assist customers, and support loss prevention programs with professionalism and a positive attitude.

You will greet customers, carry out store procedures, report suspicious activity to the Manager on Duty, and participate in training to strengthen shortage reduction efforts across the team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, Asset Protection, Loss Prevention, or Operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store entrances/exits to reduce theft opportunities.
• Greet every customer with a warm, friendly greeting and maintain a professional presence.
• Identify and report theft incidents or suspicious subjects to the Manager on Duty.
• Support and participate in shortage reduction training and program adherence.
