Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts, under the supervision of exempt management. You will lead hourly staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain product quality and cleanliness throughout the shift.

On-the-job training is provided and there are excellent opportunities for advancement within the team. Must be 21+ years old with 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Lead hourly team members and supervise peers.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Act as ambassador of brand standards to guests.
