Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management, while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction. You will train on-the-job, lead team members, resolve issues, and help maximize profits, food quality, and cleanliness.

Must be 21+, with 1 year of full-service experience preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
