Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to help manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts, under exempt management, and to act as an ambassador of our brand. You will ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness while supporting profit goals.

As a leader on the team, you will train on-the-job, supervise peers, and may cover other hourly roles as needed. A 21+ age, restaurant experience, strong communication, and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
