Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts, reporting to exempt management. You will be responsible for maintaining brand standards, supervising team members, and ensuring guest satisfaction and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate is at least 21 with 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise peers and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food quality.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy; flexibility to work opening/closing, weekends and holidays.
