Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts, under exempt management. You’ll help uphold brand standards, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and train for leadership growth.

Eligible candidates will be 21+, with 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to supervise peers.
