Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead by example, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Strong oral and written communication, leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Lead and supervise team members to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to standards.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin values and brand equity.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to maximize profitability and ensure quality.
• Support training and development for fellow team members as needed.
