Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under the supervision of exempt management. Lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, product quality and cleanliness, and act as an ambassador of Brand Equity Standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of full-service restaurant experience (preferred), be at least 21, and available opening/closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
