Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage day‑to‑day operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold brand standards while supporting growth opportunities within the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 21 years old or older required.
• Minimum 1 year of full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand standards to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness; drive guest satisfaction.
• Train and supervise team members; support growth within the restaurant.
