Job summary

Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. They will train on the job for management tasks, supervise peers, and act as an ambassador of the Red Robin brand to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role supports a high-volume, full-service restaurant with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Must be 21+, with some college preferred and Serv Safe encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Demonstrate business maturity and ability to supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and people; energetic and dependable.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic math and accounting skills; good written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of Red Robin brand to ensure guest loyalty and profitability.
• Lead and train team members on tasks and leadership growth on the job.
• May perform other hourly roles as needed to support operations.
