Red Robin is hiring a Shift Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will supervise peers, maintain quality, and ensure guest satisfaction under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to supervise peers with business maturity.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Good oral and written communication and basic math skills.
• Must work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• ServSafe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• Act as ambassador of company standards to ensure guest loyalty and profits.
• Resolve guest issues and optimize product quality and cleanliness.
• Possibly perform other hourly roles as needed based on restaurant demand.
