Red Robin in the United States is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will lead a team, ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness, and drive guest satisfaction while maximizing profits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Maintains high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and guest satisfaction.
• Strong supervision of peers and good leadership abilities.
• Basic business math and accounting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under supervision of exempt management.
• Ambassador of company standards to ensure loyalty and profitability.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maximize guest satisfaction and profits.
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness during shift.
• Schedule and coordinate tasks based on restaurant needs and certifications.
